Order Management Screen - This is the main screen of the Application where you will manage all aspects of incoming and outgoing orders. Anytime someone buys your product from eBay or your website, the order is automatically imported into our Application and the status is updated according to payment method or eBay payment status. You will always know where you are in an order when referring to the order process. For example: Lets say a customer purchases a product from eBay and does not complete the payment checkout. The order will come in with a status of "eBay Unpaid". Once the customer pays via PayPal the status will automatically change to "PayPal Ship". The status row also gets updated according to your email status settings. This allows you to stay in complete communication with customers and also helps you get an update on any order at a glance.
