Automated Faxing - We have an integrated faxing system in our application that allows you setup a preconfigured email and then Fax it to any fax number. You can send orders, send invoices, send reports or anything that can be emailed can also be sent through our automated faxing system. How Automated Faxing Works - You create a preconfigured email with the information that you want to fax. Instead of entering an email address you simply enter the fax-number@fax.com and click send.  Emails that are already setup can be faxed with one click. This is a very fast way to send things like credit card disputes, PayPal disputes or anything that you need to do repetitively. Once the fax is sent you will get an auto-responder back to the email address it was sent from saying fax received or fax rejected to confirm the status of the fax sent. A Neat Auto-Faxing Feature - A neat feature in this automated faxing is the ability to put a credit card number (or anything important) in the email and transport that information securely to the fax number without a possibility of anyone other than the recipient capturing the information.
