Shareable Server-Based Notes/Call Screen
- A Shareable notes/Call screen is available for both our
Business Application and our Protech Chat Bar Application (included
in Application but . This screen allows you to setup tabs for
purposes of keeping up with calls, notes or any information that may be
of value to you. Let's look at an example; You have an employee that
want to do 5 tasks so you setup a Tab called "Tasks". You then
create 5 notes on that tab with the descriptions of what needs to be
done. As the employee finishes each job he simply changes the
status to "DONE" in each note and once the 5 things are done you can
delete the entire tab meaning the task are complete. In our business, we
use the notes fields as a way to communicate with our customers and
create call back notes and phone numbers to direct dial them. This saves
us a bunch of time daily. A picture of a note line is below:

How it works - You can add new notes and drag them to
any tab at any time. Each note can be configured to include a phone
slot, a note status field and a time/date stamp field. Once you have
used the notes field and no longer need it you can simply click the X in
the upper right corner to delete the note.
Permisson Settings - you
can set the permissions for a shared user to no access, read-only, set status,
edit, create new and delete. This gives the owner of the tab the ability
to control what each user can do with a tab. A picture of the

About the Tabs - You can add as many tabs as you
want to this screen and name the tabs whatever you prefer. One tab can
be setup as a default tab. The default tab is the one that the page
defaults to when opening. The purpose of the default tab is to be able
to send phone information to that tab while on a call. This is a neat
little feature which simply pushes any notes or phone numbers taken
while on a Skype call to the default tab to allow you to call back
later. |

Notes/Call Page Permissions -
Each individual tab can have user permissions set. As you can see
in the picture above the tab can be set to: No access, Read-only, Set
Status, Edit, Create new or delete. |
