The Skype Icon - The Skype Icon allows you to change configuration settings for Skype. From this icon you can adjust your Skype settings using the normal Skype popup menus. To the right is a screenshot of the pop up without text. Video Demo Here!

The Skype Bluetooth Icon - This icon will turn green when an active Bluetooth connection is detected by our application. When there is no active connection the icon is grayed out. To the right is a screenshot of the pop up.

Headset recommendation:  First Place is "Jawbone 2 by Aliph" because of its ability to allow multiple connections via multipoint technology. Its noise cancellation is the best on the market & a number of individuals in our company stop at Starbucks daily and can return calls in that noisy environment. Second Place would be the Plantronics 925, 920 or 510. The Plantronics has its own Bluetooth dongle which helps with the hassles of trying to get your device to connect consistently. That is the one problem that Bluetooth has and Plantronics has cured that problem.  A standard Bluetooth dongle can be purchased from Wal-Mart for less than $20.00 & works exceptionally well with our Toolbar. In our corporation we call all over the world and answer as many as 500 incoming calls daily using this Application and all are done using Bluetooth.

Favorite Websites Icon - This icon allows you to configure websites, groups of websites or applications that you want to open up instantly with one click. This is a convenient feature when you visit the same websites or applications over and over again. To the right is a screenshot of the pop up and you can view a larger size by clicking on it.

Address Book Icon in the Toolbar - This icon will open the popup that contains all of the users that have been added to your address book. From this popup you can call landlines, cell phones, Skype numbers, Sms message, call forward, send files, open recent chats, send email, send our application and delete address book entries. To the right is a screenshot of the pop up and you can view a larger size by clicking on it.

Address Book Icon in Tabs - The icon in the tabs will allow you to open the address book focused on the users tab at the time of the icon being clicked on. The purpose of this icon being located in each users tab is to allow you to modify the users tab settings or to make their tab show up all the time if you chat with them frequently. Recent Chats Icon - This icon allows you to see previous chat sessions. You can restart that chat by clicking on the chat name. To the right is a screenshot of the pop up.

Recent Call History Icon - The recent call icon shows incoming and outgoing calls and what state they are located in (USA only). You can return a call by clicking on the line and you can identify whether the call was incoming or outgoing by the word in or out on the history line. To the right is a screenshot of the pop up.

Voicemails Icon - This icon adds a phone number each time a new voicemail comes into Skype. You can delete, listen to & take notes on each voicemail. The list shows what state the call comes from (USA only). To the right is a screenshot of the pop up and you can view a larger size by clicking on it.

Edit Pencil Icon - This icon is what you would use to configure all aspects of the Protech Chat App. When clicking this icon the configuration popup will appear with 5 Tabs across the top. The tabs allow you to configure the tab name information and screen shots can be seen here:  About,  Appearance,  Address Book,  Quick Messages & Favorites.
