The Place Call Section - will allow you to call users from the bottom right of the toolbar. You simply click in the area to call, type the number and hit enter (Skype-out users only). Once the call is active the place call section is replaced with the green active call screen where the call can be muted, held, video started, call disconnected or the keypad can be activated.

Incoming Calls - display in the bottom right of the toolbar and can be answered or sent to voicemail instantly. You can also forward incoming calls to another user by clicking the call forward icon

Recording Line - Each time you record a phone call another line is added to this section. The recorded calls can be archived at at any time by clicking on the archive Icon.

Conference calling - can be done from a group tab or from the address book popup. You simply create a group by clicking on the address book icon , put the phone numbers in for the users and you are ready to conference call. Click the call button and all users are called. The picture shown to the right is what a conference call screenshot looks like. You can also add users to an existing call at anytime by typing in the phone number or by clicking on a users call icon out of the address book toolbar popup.

Video Note - Notice the Video Icon in the Active Call Screenshot to the right. This icon will only show up once a call has been answered. Simply press the button to start sending video and the native Skype window will popup the video screen (in some cases the user screen and you will have to click on it to bring up the video screen). We would love to have the Skype video integrated right into each user tab but unfortunately Skype does NOT  have video API's available yet. When they do we will integrate it immediately.

Non-USA note - Click the Edit Pencil on our toolbar & click the Appearance tab to change your country's calling code

Non Skype-out Users - Skype to Skype calls are free. Use the call icons in the tabs or from the address book popup.

License Information - The license verification (both for registered and trial versions) creates an outbound network connection to our server to verify that the license key is valid or that the trial period is not expired. This is done on startup and periodically if the program remains running long enough.
