Why we built this
Application - During the growth of
our Internet Business, we discovered that there was
no such thing as one complete
Application to run a web-based business.
Individual software applications all had weaknesses;
poor communication with customers, a lack of focus
on order processing, poor reporting capabilities and
no web-based support, etc..... The amount of work &
software required to keep our business running was
such a daunting task that we decided to build our
own. We simply got tired of using 5 different
applications for each office location and trying to
figure out how to get them to communicate with each
other. We finally decided to build our own
comprehensive, real-world, web-based business
application that actually WORKS!

The Building Process
- Our Application was built over a 14
year period to help us keep up with the growth of
our own websites & eBay business. We encouraged the
individuals in our company to be "forward thinking"
and to never think that something was impossible to
do. The Application you see today is the culmination
of that group effort. We currently process thousands
of orders monthly using this exact product. This
Application will
help your eBay business or Website advance quicker
than any product on the market today. It is a proven
system that will enable you to process orders in
less than 10 seconds after you receive the order.
You can ship directly from your location or drop
ship from vendors all over the world. You can easily
communicate with your customers in seconds without
searching through emails and you can process orders
from eBay with the same speed and accuracy.

Order Management Screen -
This screen is where all orders from eBay
or your website are imported into our Business
Application. You will use
this screen to stay updated on any incoming or
outgoing orders. A status row gets updated
according to your email status settings. This
allows you to stay in complete communication
with customers and also helps you get an update
at a glance. |

Order Processing
Screen - Once you click on an
order from the main screen the order processing
screen will open. You will then use this to
process all orders and ship all orders. You can
Process orders in 4 ways, Process from your own
warehouse, Direct connect to outside vendors,
Email orders or Fax orders securely to any
vendor that you have. Shipping carriers are
fully integrated so you can print labels in one
click. |

Skype is fully integrated
- Skype is our phone & chat system. You
can answer calls, return calls, answer
voicemails, chat & direct dial from a Skype
toolbar that is built into the major pages of
our application.
You can click on the phone icon to call the
customer back and even listen to the voicemail
while calling the customer back via
BLUETOOTH Hands free!
The freedom that this phone system and
application being web based gives you is truly

Orders Email Inboxes - Each
order has its own email Inbox. This will allow
you to stay in communication with the customers
who have purchased products from you. All emails
regarding an order are in one location. This
means you no longer have to search for order
information. You can setup pre-configured emails
to auto send or send with one click so you don't
have to send the same email over and over. This
increase in communication will help with
Customer satisfaction and eBay DSR's. |

WebMail Email -
We have a full scale email system
outside of the orders email as well. Our system
is similar to Gmail but much more advanced. The
purpose of web mail is to allow you have access
to emails that are NOT related to an order. You
can setup pre-configured emails to auto send or
send with one click so you don't have to send
the same email over and over. You can
share emails with other users so you can assign
more than one individual to answer emails. |

Reporting System -
We have a comprehensive Reporting
system which records all of your business
expenses automatically. Reporting Includes
automatic importing of eBay fees, PayPal fees,
Credit card fees, Vendor cost, RMA cost,
Shipping cost, back charges, wages & more. You
can also add recurring fees and one time fees so
you can keep up with any unexpected business
expenses. Net profit can be viewed for any time
frame. |

Accounting System:
Our Application includes the ability to reconcile all
expenses & even automate the process with our
CSV Importer. Reconciliation can be done by
matching your product cost to the recorded cost.
You simply match up the invoice cost to the line
and gray the line out by clicking the "Chk"
button. You can also print out reports of orders
that do no match when comparing vendor cost. |
