Web mail Toolbar - This toolbar is the same toolbar that is in other email applications with minor modifications. The user can change the settings to fit their needs. For example; you can choose to have the email close and go back to the email list upon sending an email or you can choose to keep the email open. The arrow and trash can on the left side of each email will allow you to quickly delete emails as well as mark them as read to remove them from the main screen. You can retrieve them by using the search in the toolbar. Remember that this is a Web-base system so you can login for any computer in the world. Spam filtering is done automatically but you can set up your own filters as well. These are the simple highlights of the system. There are many, many more features.

Opened Email from Above - This is what you when you click on one of the emails in the upper section. We typically configure our emails in the settings to say open ready to reply which means we can start typing the instant the email opens. You can also can choose to set email to plain text or html. We have configuration settings that allow you to show headers, not show headers, show html bar, not show html bar. In most cases we have these set to NOT show but there are small + buttons that one can click to make them appear out of any email screen.

2 - Email Inboxes for Orders - Each order has its own email Inbox. This will allow you to stay in communication with the customers who have purchased products from you. All emails regarding an order are in one location. This means you no longer have to search for order information. You can setup pre-configured emails to auto send or send with one click so you don't have to re-type the same email over and over. Email icon Turns Green & brings the order back to the main screen - If the order has been completed and a customer or vendor ask a question about the order our system will pull the order back to the main screen. Once you click the green icon the email will open in the middle of the order screen allowing you to respond.
Email Inbox Controls - The arrows at right side of the email window will help you maneuver in and out of the email center window. The Left Red up arrow will close the middle window and bring the lower screen to replace the email window. The middle Green arrow will open all 3 windows the same height (look closely at the icon and you can see 3 little windows). The right Blue arrow will drop down the preset email replies so you can quickly respond to any email in the middle screen.
